It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tessie Mamuric on July 5, 2023.

Born on September 22, 1957, in Koronadal, South Cotabato, Philippines, Tessie is the eldest among twelve siblings. She is survived by her husband, Roemel, and her son, Michael. Tessie worked as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia before coming to Rocky Mountain House, Alberta in 2009 as a Live-In Caregiver. She then worked as a Support Worker in a Long Term Care Facility for Seniors with Disabilities.

With her healthcare background, she not only took care of all of her patient's and client's well-being, she was also known for taking utmost care of her husband and son up until her last breath. She will be deeply missed.
