It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Shawn Honsberger of Calgary, Alberta. After a brief illness, he passed on August 30th, 2022, at the Foothills Hospital.

Shawn loved everything cars and motorcycles. He was most happy while working in his garage on his many projects and going out for dinner with his wife, Carolyn of 39 years. He took pride in his employment at Mercedes Benz and BMW dealerships, where he tried to make a difference.

Shawn is survived by his wife Carolyn, brothers Tab (Janice) Honsberger, Aaron Patterson, and Ethan Patterson; sister-in-law Shannon Honsberger and many nieces and nephews. He touched many lives and will be deeply missed by his family, many friends, and co-workers.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 12th, 2022, from 5:00pm on, at the Mad Rose Pub (15 Royal Vista Pl NW, Calgary, AB).
