It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Scott Douglas Erb. Scott will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marian; stepchildren Nichola (Robin) and Ian; his grandchildren Kathryn, Keira, Conor, and Lyndsay; by his dear brother David and nephews Scott Jr and Michael.

Born in Guelph, Scott spent his formative years in Ottawa. He spent his adult years in Calgary, where he attended SAIT and pursued a successful career with Duracell and Gillette Canada. A kind, caring and supportive friend, Scott will also be missed by his many friends here in Calgary, in BC and by his extended family in Ontario and in Ireland.

Scott showed courage and determination as he battled his health challenges. We are so grateful to the amazing staff at South Calgary Health Campus and at the Rockyview General Hospital for the wonderful care Scott received with particular thanks going to Dr Paul Davis whose care of Scott was outstanding.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the end of November. Donations in Scott's name can be made to Diabetes Canada.
