With sadness, we announce the passing of Helen Catherine Maunder on November 1, 2022, in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 94 years.

Helen graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science degree. Her most memorable job was working as a receptionist at her daughter Catherine's dance studio. Her favourite hobby was knitting socks, sweaters, and doll clothes – with many pieces still treasured by her family.

Helen is survived by her daughter, Catherine Maunder of Calgary, AB, and her sister, Mary Armitage of Minneapolis, MN.

She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Maunder, and her parents, Albert and Grace Pommer.
