It is with great sadness my sisters and I announce the passing of our brother Eugene at the age of 71 years.

He worked hard all his life and retired at the age of 65 years and continued his love of collecting and taking photos. His biggest passion was attending the Calgary Stampede every year and cheering on his nephew Luke Tournier in the Rangeland Derby.

Eugene was predeceased by his father Robert on December 23, 1959 and mother Bertha on October 22, 2005. He leaves behind to mourn his four sisters Roberta (Al) Tournier, Paulette (Terry) Neale, Elaine (Barry) LaPointe and Linda (Uwe) Foerster; brother Claude (Agnes) LeFrancois; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

We would like to thank the staff at New Age Services Inc. and Vecova for their outstanding support over the years. A private celebration of Eugene's life will be held at a later date.
