On Wednesday, May 31, 2023, Dennis Joseph Cressman, age 79, passed away suddenly while arriving in Calgary after a beautiful family trip in Spain.

Dennis was born on August 12, 1943, to Dorcas and Wellington Cressman in Kitchener, Ontario. The eldest of three siblings, Dawne Cressman and Daniel Cressman.

Dennis spent some of his life traveling the world, hiking, and camping in the mountains in his youth with friends and later with his family and friends.

Dennis loved to travel and met his beautiful wife, Yolanda Cressman on one of those travels. They married in Mexico City.

He will be dearly missed by all, especially those who knew him well.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Denise Cressman and Daniel Mora Sanchez; son and daughter-in-law, Christian Cressman and Naomi Murua Arpón; and grandchildren, Zoel Mora Cressman,  Pablo Cressman Murua, Vega Cressman Murua, and Luka Cressman Murua. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Victoria Cressman of California, and their children; and nephew Joshua Cressman.
