On February 16,2024 Chad Sheldon Armstrong passed away in Calgary, AB.

Chad was born in Roblin, Manitoba on September 12, 1971 to the parents of Lynda Geraldine Cockerill and Ivan Sheldon Armstrong.

Chad loved the outdoors, spending time hunting and fishing with his step-father David Jack Cockerill and siblings Brad, Tammy, Tanis and DJ. Chad always loved to make people laugh, and was often playing pranks. Chad spent most of his adult life in Calgary, AB with a love for the mountains and scenery. Chad was always a very proud animal owner with several cats and enjoyed long walks with his dog. Chad really enjoyed adventures, and always took advantage of the natural settings around him.

Chad is survived by his siblings: Brad (Rachel) Armstrong, Tammy (Serge) Rioux, Tanis (Jamie) Parsons, Melissa (William) Schrempp, Travis (Jennifer) Armstrong; Parent Ivan (Gloria) Armstrong; Nieces and nephews: Zana (Mathew) Korpan, Dominic (Kylla-Jean) Rioux, Samantha (Michael) Lyons, Jessica Armstrong, Tristan Cockerill, Elora Parsons, Skylar Parsons, Gabriel Korpan, Vincent Korpan, Grace Lyons, Alden Rioux, Audrey Rioux, Aria Schrempp, Nia Schrempp, Abel Armstrong, Logan Armstrong, Ben Armstrong.  Numerous aunts, uncles and friends.

Chad is pre-deceased by his stepfather, David Jack Cockerill, his mother Lynda Geraldine Cockerill, and his younger brother David Jason Cockerill.
