Brian Edward Willard passed away peacefully with his family by his side at his home in Calgary, AB at the age of 51 on March 27, 2024.  Brian will be missed by his loving wife and mother of his two children, Lalia; his children, Pamela and Adam; his brother, David (Amy); and his father, Allyn (Mary).  Brian was predeceased by his mother, Linda Mary (Miller) Willard.

Brian was born on July 20, 1972, and grew up in Markham, ON.  Brian and his family moved to Moncton, NB in 2003 for a work assignment, and then made Calgary, AB their home in 2005.  Brian joined the oil and gas industry in 1995 working in various roles, including his latest role as Business Project Manager; Brian was a Continuous Improvement Specialist having earned his Six Sigma Black Belt designation in 2008.  Brian had a passion for riding his Harley motorcycles and was an active member of the Geerz 'n Beerz cycling club in Calgary. Hockey also played a major role in his life; he was a dedicated Toronto Maple Leafs fan and played as a goalie in community teams. He also enjoyed skiing the great Rocky Mountains and never turned down the opportunity to golf with friends.  Brian was a witty, fun-loving free spirit who loved to live life his way.  His compassion and love for his family and friends will forever be remembered.  He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace.
