It is with great sadness that we announce that Arley Laverne Larson passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 71.  She leaves behind her loving husband of 54 years, Jim Larson, and her children Shelley Bolokoski (Gregg) and James Larson (Krista).  She was predeceased by her daughter Allison Allan in 2015.  Arley also leaves behind 7 grandchildren Eric, Parker, Elizabeth, Emma, Matthew, Aaron, and Sebastian.

Arley was born on July 17, 1950, in Owen Sound Ontario, along with her siblings Gary, Jennifer, and Karen.  She was the second of the four children of Jack Jones and Shirley Jones (Stewart), and moved to Calgary with her family as a child, and lived here for the rest of her life.

She married Jim, the love of her life, on January 13th, 1968, and they enjoyed a full life together.  Arley loved her children and enjoyed attending their baseball and hockey games, and always supported them in all that they did.  She loved spending her summers with Jim, her children, and grandchildren at Lake Koocanusa where they had many neighbors and friends.
